Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to products and services offered by OfferFlow (the “Service”) where payment is processed via Paddle.

1. Merchant of Record

For online orders, our checkout is provided by Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for these transactions.

All such sales are subject to Paddle’s buyer terms:

2. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Consumer)

In accordance with Paddle’s terms, you may cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date (where applicable under Paddle’s terms).

This applies to new subscriptions and one-time purchases made via our website checkout.

3. Subscription Cancellations (After 14 Days)

For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time after the initial 14-day period to prevent future renewals.

After cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

4. How to Request a Refund or Get Billing Help

Because Paddle processes payments and holds the funds as Merchant of Record, refunds and billing requests must be initiated through Paddle.

  • the email used for purchase, and
  • your order/transaction reference from the Paddle receipt.
